How It Works
Real closets. Real community. Real impact. LOANE connects college women through fashion, making it effortless to rent the look you want and earn from the pieces you have. Style that circulates. A campus that connects.
Browse
Scroll through thousands of pieces listed by real women at your school. Search and filter by size, style, occasion, or price to find exactly what you're looking for. Or let the app come to you — your personalized home feed surfaces trending looks and new arrivals, while your Friends feed shows the latest from closets you already follow.
Book
Select your dates on the lender's calendar and book instantly. Our calendar system prevents any overlap so your rental is always confirmed and secured. Choose from the lender's preset pickup locations, pay entirely within the app, and you're done. No chasing Venmos. No awkward follow-ups. Everything is handled for you.
Earn
Wear it. Love it. Return it. If you're the lender, your closet is working for you while you sleep. List a piece in under two minutes and start earning passive income on clothes you already own.
Everything you need to know about renting, lending, and getting started on LOANE.
Who can use LOANE?
LOANE is currently built for college women. You sign up with your university email, which keeps the community verified and trusted.
What if something gets damaged?
Every rental is covered by our Lender Guarantee. Lenders set a deposit amount, and any damage claims are handled through the app — no awkward conversations required.
How do I get paid as a lender?
After a successful return, your earnings are deposited directly to your linked account. You keep the majority of the rental fee — LOANE takes a small platform fee.
How do pickup and return work?
You coordinate directly with the lender through in-app messaging. Most pickups happen on campus — quick, easy, and local.
